Cambodian PM Meets Officials of Siem Reap Provincial Hall

SIEM REAP: Prime Minister Hun Sen, on Friday evening, 21 October, met with officials of the provincial councils, municipalities, districts, communes, along with civil servants and the armed forces in Siem Reap province.

The meeting took place at the Sokha Hotel in Siem Reap and was attended by more than 2,000 officials.

The Prime Minister wrote on his Facebook page on Friday afternoon, "The first mission is to solve the problems in Siem Reap and Kampong Thom, as well as other state affairs. Soon I will meet with government officials and the armed forces in Siem Reap."

Speaking at a meeting with residents of Run Ta Ek village, Banteay Srei district, Siem Reap province, on Friday morning, the Prime Minister apologized in advance to members of other parties, because this meeting was only intended for civil servants of the Cambodian People's Party (CPP).
